Terms of Service

• Image size will start at 3400 * 4900 px(A5) / resolution 600+ dpi (if you have the desired image size, you can inform me) / or you can let me help you resize the image.• commercial commissions will be x2 of the final price
• In case of using the art to make Auction Goods, please allow the price to be x4 from the total price of the work. (Please state the type of use in the brief)
Commercial = using the Art for any type of profit, promotion, or use on online media to extract profit, which is considered commercial.• After agreeing on the details of the work, I will make a rough sketch for you. Working time is around 2 - 4 weeks/pic following on the details (follow by your queue)• In case, requires separating layers of different parts / characters - backgrounds !! must be notified before starting work.!! (Additional costs are considered based on the difficulty of the work and the parts that need to be separated)• Not allowed to modify the work in any way, such as drawing over, or changing the design (on the Art).• PLS DON'T USE IN NFT / AI Generated

• Artists can post work process art and with a commission watermark and credit (HOIIII) without asking permission.• In case the work is confidential or does not want to be published first, please inform in the brief.• The artist has the right to save the commissioned art in the portfolio (in all cases).

• Send the brief, scale, and details you want
( if them is and "Original Character" pls give me the reference pic, your characters, and the personality)
(important ! let me know how the character feels/mood&tone you want)
....(feel free to draw a rough composition. It will help me a lot)

• If you want to separate the pic between the background and the characters, please tell me first.• don't forget to tell me what you use the art for...personal use/commercial use• Please pay 50% deposit or full payment to confirm your booking)

WORKING PROCESS

• send the brief -> I will summarize the price from the brief. if you agree of the total price, please pay 50%(or all) then I will start to sketch.

can editing if i draw something missing.
but if you want to add the things that is not in your brief it's will be an extra charge for 5+ USD/per editing (Except Omakase prices)

• Checking color

• Finish work -> pay the remaining half before receiving pic files (send the art by email or Google Drive.)

PAYMENT

• You can pay via Siam Commercial Bank PCL. (Bank of Thailand) OR Scan QR Code PromptPayif you need a SWIFT CODE please inform me again

ANOTHER

• Submit the work as a .jpg/.png file (not clear background). can be requested PSD 1 layer files. (support CMYK File requested)• If the work has already started, there will be no refund in any case. Unless it's my problem(by accident/health problems) that I can't complete your work. (it's will be 100% refund)• My work doesn't draw in separate layers. If you want to separate characters and backgrounds or other parts, Please specify and tell me in the brief first. (+charge money)• for the details of Omakase price please check it out on "prices button" ~
